SHR is an innovative technique hair removal method that used low-intensity high-frequency pulses of light to gradually heat and damage hair follicles, resulting in long lasting hair reduction.

Because SHR uses a lower energy level coupled with an “in- motion” technique it makes the hair removal process less painful than other light based hair removal treatments such as Laser. SHR is also suitable for a wider range of skin types and hair colors.

It is import ant to consider that SHR as with any hair removal treatment, is most effective when targeting the hair follicle in its active stage of growth also known as the catagen phase. Because of this SHR typically takes 6 or more sessions to achieve optimal results.
